The specifics of work

– company’s account and documentation management;
- CRB social network and website administration;
- rental / lease agreement / income management;
- publicity of the company
– RE article management;
- customer relationship and communications / management (arranging, organising of meetings, greetings);
- bank transfers management;
- project cost account management. .

Requirements

– experience in accounting management using an accounting system;
- experience in management / administration;
- driving licence (category B);
- knowledge of Lithuanian, English, and Russian languages.

RE Project Manager

The specifics of work

– location, situation analysis;
- business plan development;
- knowledge of architecture and land plot regulations;
- sales strategy development and programme implementation;
- RE project development process coordination.

Requirements

– university degree;
- experience in RE project development in Lithuania;
- driving licence (category B);
- knowledge of the Lithuanian, English, and Russian languages.
